La r\u00e9habilitation des syst\u00e8mes d\u2019irrigation dans ces provinces est une partie essentielle du PDAC, qui vise \u00e0 stimuler la production agricole et \u00e0 promouvoir le d\u00e9veloppement du commerce dans le pays.
