A reabilita\u00e7\u00e3o dos sistemas de irriga\u00e7\u00e3o nestas prov\u00edncias \u00e9 uma parte fundamental do PDAC, que busca potencializar a produ\u00e7\u00e3o agr\u00edcola e promover o desenvolvimento comercial no pa\u00eds.
