👤 Who are you and what is your role at Globaltec?
My name is Sonsoles Aguado, and I am responsible for the HR department at the company.

🚀 How does HR support people’s professional development?
We are building training plans, looking for both technical and tool-based training, designing career paths and improving internal evaluations. We are in constant development, always bringing new ideas with the focus on each person’s professional growth, always in motion.

💬 What would you say to someone considering joining Globaltec?
We are a great team, not only for our human quality, but because we work hand in hand to move every project forward. Our projects truly impact people’s lives, and you never get bored.

🤝 A moment that made you proud to belong to Globaltec?
What hooks me the most is how we face difficulties in projects, the level of involvement from management to administration, working as equals. We never stop because we don’t know how to solve something; we look for the best solution to move forward, even when it’s something completely new.

🔍 What trends will shape the future of HR?
Emotional compensation is becoming fundamental. We all work for money, but if we are also made to feel valued and supported when needed, it makes a big difference.
