    Why do we process your personal data?

    Who will receive your data?

    In the case of contracts, the data shall be communicated to the Distribution Company and shall be incorporated into a file under its responsibility (Supply Point Information System – SIPS), which may be accessed by those determined by the legislation at all times.

    Globaltec, in turn, works with third-party service providers, such as sales channels, administrative support, telephone services, banks, collection companies, marketing and advertising agencies, auditors and others who, in certain cases, may access your data, with the necessary guarantees, for the purposes of the treatment.

    In the event of lack of payment by the Client for its services, Globaltec may notify those responsible for financial solvency and credit files in compliance with the applicable regulations. It may also transfer data to competent authorities and organisations in compliance with the corresponding legal and tax obligations. The data relating to possible supply contracts shall also be communicated to the Tax Administration for the purposes provided for in Law 58/2003, General Tax and/or Law 36/2006, on measures for the prevention of tax fraud.

    Likewise, under Royal Decree 897/2017, which regulates, among other issues, the figure of the vulnerable consumer, the personal data of these clients may be communicated to the organisations responsible for the protection of vulnerable consumers for the purpose of implementing the measures it contemplates, as well as to any other Administration for the purpose legally determined.
